Judicial proceedings in Ukraine may be finalized with issuance of a judcial writ (the original name of such document is "uhvala", which also can be translated as the judicial order, court order, court writ or judicial definition as well) stating that the case was rejected without a judicial decision and in form of a judicial decision (the original name of such document is "rishennya", which also can be translated as the court decision, judicial decree, court's decree, judgment, adjudgement, court award and judicial award as well) covering the issue of the dispute. The judicial decision can be appealed to appropriate court of appeal and/or cassation court as well.
